I did another walk this morning. I am desperately trying to keep myself from melting into the floor. So now I wake up and get out for a walk. Each day I try a slightly different route. Today was interesting and longer than the walks earlier this week. I look at the iPhone steps and miles to see how each walk compares. I am not sure how accurate the steps counter really is. I guess I could start and count my steps and compare. That seems like too much effort. For now I will use the steps counter as a relative measure to previous days. I also take a short swim most days. No iPhone counter for that. it's just a gap in the day. I don't stop along my walk except when something catches my eye that I think will be an interesting picture.
